Shipping & Returns

DOMESTIC & INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Most orders will be processed and shipped within 2 business days, and you can expect to receive your package within 5-7 business days after shipment.

We also offer expedited shipping options for an additional fee. If you require expedited shipping, please select this option at checkout.

RETURNS

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To initiate a return, please contact us atmodishdivina@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your item(s) back to us.

Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and with tags still attached. Once we receive your return, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

DAMAGED OR FAULTY GOODS

We take great care in ensuring that all items are of the highest quality before they leave our warehouse. However, if you receive an item that is damaged or faulty, we will gladly offer you a replacement or a full refund.

To report a damaged or faulty item, please contact us at modishdivina@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and photos of the damaged or faulty item. We will review your claim and, if it is determined that the item is indeed damaged or faulty, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send the item back to us.

Once we receive the damaged or faulty item, we will process your replacement or refund within 7-10 business days. If you choose a replacement, we will send the new item to you free of charge. If you choose a refund, we will issue the refund to your original payment method.

Please note that we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for items that have been worn or damaged as a result of misuse. Additionally, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if we determine that the damage or fault is a result of normal wear and tear.
